AIA Middle East plans to organize a series of events including project tours, lectures by regional and international architects and professionals in the construction industry, film series, and panel discussions of relevant issues. These events will create a forum for the exchange of ideas and networking among industry professionals. For AIA members, these events will be recognized by AIA for continued education points.

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one of the KIngdom's most ambitious projects in Riyadh. Carried out by the Public Pension Agency (PPA), through its investment arm : The Al-Ra'idah Investment Company.

Consisting of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square metres, it will provide more than 3 million square metres of space for various uses : 62,000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12,000 residents.

An elevated network of 90 bridges connecting all towers. An attractor to the first floor of the retail and office areas, creating spectacular views and experiences.
